Made it to Miri

Might write longer story at some other time, have not found the right place with wi-fi, so am sitting in an internet cafe.

Was mostly light winds, and there were lots of oil platforms, tugs, barges and supply boats to avoid.  But all in all a pretty good sail from Brunei to Miri.   And without any engine problems, though on inspection it appears that now there are minor (real minor) leaks around all three injectors (around the injector sleeves to be exact).

Found a nice dock place in the Miri Marina.  An unfinished big project (no facilities there), but plenty of boats and lots of helpful people.  Got a few things going on: filling up LPG bottles (which have been picked up this morning), repairing the fridge compressor (going to give it another shot, saw an AC mechanic on the docks, and with some abuse of tools he got the clutch out) , and dropped of the sails (found out that the luff rope on the staysail is broken, that explains why I kept having to re-tension the halyard, the genoa’s UV strip needs stitching as well).  And went by customs and immigration.  So quite a successful day.  And, finally got the bicycle back together and took it for a little ride.
