Cleared south tip of India

This afternoon we cleared the south tip of India, Cape Comorin. We are still beating into light winds, often with the help of the engine. It feels like slow progress, but we slow and steady will get us there too. North west winds are all over the west part of the North Indian Ocean. We might not take the 8th degree channel through the Maldives, so we are now using the waypoint for Salalah (Oman): only 1465 nm to go.
Had a lot of dolphins greet us just before sunset.
