The package came in!
No more excuses to linger about, now it is time to get going. Was on my way to the library when I checked the announcement board (for packages) and found my name on it. Great, even included `drop’, and customs seems to not have opened it. So, the mail system just had taken its time.
Today I am going to do the painful thing of filing taxes (that will hurt, because this time I will have to pay it out of my savings instead of from a paycheck).
The winds have been from the right corner lately (east), though there is a small craft advisory right now. Will check tonight to see if leaving tomorrow (for Key West) is a viable option.
The boat is ready except for filling the water tanks.
